ऑटो रिक्शा गिरोह ने महिला प्रेस फोटोग्राफर का 7 लाख का कैमरा उड़ाया।

सावधान: राजधानी में तिपहिया स्कूटर सवार लुटेरो के गिरोह सक्रिय हैं।
तिपहिया स्कूटर में यात्रा करते समय सावधानी बरतें और चौकन्ने रहे, वरना जान और माल दोनों से हाथ धोना पड़ सकता है। उस तिपहिया स्कूटर में तो बिल्कुल भी न बैठे, जिसमें पहले से ही सवारी बैठी हुई हो और बेशक चालक कम किराए में गंतव्य तक पहुंचाने का लालच क्यों न दे। तिपहिया स्कूटर का नंबर भी जरूर नोट करें ।
ऐसे ही एक गिरोह ने महिला पत्रकार का सात लाख रुपए का कैमरा लूट लिया। वारदात 8 नवंबर शाम को पूर्वी दिल्ली के शकर पुर थाना इलाके में हुई।
पूर्वी जिला की डीसीपी प्रियंका कश्यप ने बताया कि एफआईआर दर्ज कर मामले की जांच की जा रही है।
नोएडा निवासी वरिष्ठ पत्रकार (फोटोग्राफर) शिप्रा दास (65) स्कूल ब्लॉक के सामने मदर डेयरी रोड पर बस का इंतजार कर रही थी। तभी एक तिपहिया स्कूटर उनके पास आकर रुका। तिपहिया में चालक के साथ एक युवक और पीछे सीट पर भी दो लोग बैठे हुए थे।
तिपहिया चालक ने शिप्रा से पूछा कि कहां जाना है। चालक ने पहले पचास रुपए मांगे, फिर तीस रुपए में नोएडा छोड़ देने को तैयार हो गया।
शिप्रा स्कूटर में बैठ गई। तिपहिया चालक ने उसे कहा कि अपना बैग पीछे रख दो, ताकि बैठने की जगह बन जाए। शिप्रा ने बैग रखने से मना कर दिया, लेकिन चालक उसे बैग पीछे रखने के लिए बार-बार कहने लगा, तो उसने बैग पीछे रख दिया। इसी दौरान चालक के साथ बैठा युवक भी पीछे सीट पर बैठे व्यक्ति की गोद में आकर बैठ गया। शिप्रा ने बताया कि कुछ देर बाद ही सुनसान रास्ते से ले जाकर चालक ने मयूर विहार रोड पर एक जगह पर दूसरे तिपहिया स्कूटर के पास अपना तिपहिया रोक दिया। शिप्रा से कहा कि दूसरा तिपहिया स्कूटर वाला उसे नोएडा छोड़ देगा।
शाहदरा जिले के मान सरोवर पार्क थाना पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया।
सात लाख का कैमरा-शिप्रा ने घर पहुंच कर अपना बैग खोला तो उसमें कैमरे और लेंस के स्थान पर पत्थर भरे हुए थे।
कैमरा (canon eox 5.0 mark 4), 2 लेंस, फ्लैश आदि की कीमत करीब सात लाख रुपए है। शिप्रा की शिकायत पर शकर पुर थाना पुलिस ने चोरी का मामला दर्ज किया है।
जान बच गई-शिप्रा का कहना है कि उसकी जान बच गई, यह ही बहुत बड़ी बात हैं। क्योंकि अगर उसने बैग पीछे नहीं रखा होता, तो अपराधी सुनसान रास्ते पर उस पर हमला करके भी कैमरा लूट लेते।

🔴 *ACCUSED PERSONS HAVE STOLEN ABOVE SAID ARTICLES FROM THE BAG OF A SENIOR LADY JOURNALIST, WHILE SHE BOARDED AN AUTO ON 08.11.2021 IN PS-SHAKARPUR AREA. INFORMATION REGARDING* .
🔴 *USUALLY HIRE AN AUTO, DRIVE, POSES AS DRIVER AND PASSENGERS, PUT THE VICTIM PASSENGER IN DISCOMFORT AND DIVERT THE ATTENTION BEFORE STEALING THE THINGS.*
🔴 *THEY TARGET THE VICTIMS WHO ARE IN URGENCY TO BOARD AN AUTO NEAR BUS STANDS, RAILWAY/METRO STATIONS AND COMMIT THE CRIME.*
*TEAM AND INCIDENT* :-
On 26.12.2021, During patrolling in the area, the crack team of PS MS Park comprising ASI Jeetpal, HC Deepak Kumar, HC Deepender, HC Jasbir Singh, & Ct Karan Singh received a secret information through reliable source regarding one robber/thief. Accordingly, under the supervision of Insp. Ramesh Prashad, Insp./L&O PS MS Park, the above mentioned team members, nabbed one thief namely Imran Hasan s/o Ali Hasan, r/o H No- N-46, Chhabra Colony, Near Krishna Juice, 80 Futa Road, Shalimar Garden, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, UP, Age 41 Yrs. On searching and frisking of the said suspect, one Canon Camera with one canon zoom lens were recovered from his possession. On interrogation, he disclosed that he was in search of a buyer for the recovered articles near Natthu Colony Chowk, Mandoli Road. The Canon camera found stolen vide FIR No-555/21, Dt 08.11.21 from PS Shakarpur, East District Delhi.
*EFFORTS* :-
On sustained interrogation, the accused disclosed that he along with his associates Zakir Miyan r/o Trilokpuri and Auto driver Santosh r/o Ganesh Nagar have stolen above said Camera and other articles from the bag of a lady who boarded the auto rickshaw of Santosh as a passenger near Pandav Nagar enroute to Noida. Santosh was driving the auto however he (Imran Hasan) along with Zakir Miyan posed as passengers of the auto. The Auto Richsahw used in the crime is owned by Santosh whose whereabouts is unknown. However, on his instance his associate Zakir Miyan s/o Pyare Miyan, r/o 20/412, Block-20, Trilokpuri, Delhi, Age 40 Yrs has been apprehended from densely populated Trilokpri area after a hot chase and on his instance all the stolen were recovered from his residence.
*INVESTIGATION AND ARREST* :-
In this regard, a Kalandra vide DD No 62 A, u/s 41.1D/102 CrPC was prepared at PS MS Park and above said accused persons 1. Imran Hasan s/o Ali Hasan r/o H No- N-46, Chhabra Colony, Near Krishna Juice, 80 Futa Road, Shalimar garden, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, UP, Age 41 Yrs & 2. Zakir Miyan s/o Pyare Miyan r/o 20/412, Block -20, Trilok Puri, East Delhi age 40 Yrs were arrested as per law. Recovered articles have been taken into police possession. Efforts are being made to trace the remaining third accused, the auto driver.
*MODUS OPERANDI* :-
They work as a gang, and these type of gangs popularly known as “ *Dholbaaj*” in world of crime. They usually took auto-TSRs on rent and one of the gang member drove the auto and other members posed as the passengers of the auto. They used to identify their targets near bus stands, railway stations and their targets are the passengers of auto who prefers auto journey on sharing basis. When the victim took a ride in their auto the accused persons which were already in the autos as the passengers asked the victim to put his luggage/bag etc in the back side passage of the auto and one of them started talking to the victim passenger on various topics and other one stole all articles from the luggage of the victim passenger and put bricks and stones in his bag to avoid any immediate suspicion from the passenger & further queries of the victim passenger regarding his luggage while dropping . After dropping the victim passenger, All Accused flee away with stolen articles in their auto.
*PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSONS* :-
1- Imran Hasan s/o Ali Hasan r/o H No- N-46, Chhabra Colony, Near Krishna Juice, 80 Futa Road, Shalimar garden, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad UP age 41 Yrs. He had already been involved in 06 cases and was last arrested in the year of 2015.
2- Zakir Miyan s/o Pyare Miyan r/o 20/412, Block -20, Trilok Puri, East Delhi age 40. He had already been involved in 05 cases and was last arrested in the year of 2019.
*RECOVERY* : -
1- One Canon Camera
2- Two Canon Zoom Lens,
3- One Flash Speed Light

*In continuation of the arrests made by crack team PS MS Park in kalandara DD no 62 A dt 26.12.21 u/s 41.1D/102 CrPC regarding recovery of Canon Camera of a lady journalist in case FIR no 555/21 Dt 8.11.21 u/s 379 IPC PS Shakarpur East Delhi One more accused person namely Laxman yadav @ Santosh,Auto driver s/o Budhsen yadav r/o H no A43, gali no 4, Som Bajaar road, Vikas Nagar Uttam Nagar Delhi age 35 yrs, residing in Trilokpuri on rent nowadays has been apprehended from near Moti Ram road GT road picket area and the auto TSR no DL1RAA-2380 used in commission of crime and one stolen canon camera battery recovered from his possession.* He is Previously involved in Two cases of Theft in PS shahdara
